Most importantly: evac.lt helps you prepare and find your way, but it doesn’t replace official instructions or the emergency services.

In an emergency call 112. When a warning is issued, follow official instructions: LRT RADIJAS and television, emergency alerts on your phone, and information from your municipality, PAGD and lt72.lt.
1. What evac.lt is
evac.lt is a free informational app and website run by evac.lt. It is not a government app and is not affiliated with the Fire and Rescue Department, the Ministry of National Defence or any other authority, although it uses their open data and public publications.
2. Accuracy of the data
- Shelter, evacuation point and siren data comes from PAGD open data and is simplified for the app. It may be out of date or incomplete, and whether a particular place is accessible during a crisis may differ.
- Maps, addresses, routes and essential places are based on OpenStreetMap community data and may be inaccurate. A suggested route may be impassable or unsafe – always judge the situation on the spot and follow traffic rules and instructions from officials.
- Siren coverage areas are approximate.
- The guides and checklists are an unofficial summary of official guidance.
3. Medical information
First-aid guides and library articles are for information and do not replace a doctor or emergency medical care. Whenever possible, call 112.
4. Content and licences
Data, articles and publications belong to their authors and are used under their licences (OpenStreetMap – ODbL, PAGD data – CC BY 4.0, Wikipedia – CC BY-SA, and others). The full list is on the data page and in the app. The app’s name and logo belong to evac.lt.
5. Sharing packs
You may pass packs on to others freely, under the licences of their content. The app only accepts packs whose signature it can verify. Don’t modify packs or distribute modified packs as evac.lt.
6. Liability
The app and website are provided “as is”. We work to keep them reliable and the data accurate and current, but can’t guarantee it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any damage arising from using the app or relying on its data. These terms do not limit any consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the new version is published on this page with its date. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Questions: info@evac.lt.
